Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the description of our services thoroughly before making any type of payment.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Refunds/Cancellations:
- Our refund and cancellation policy is applicable only for the training section of the website.
- Fees is not refundable in any case. You can take our demo classes to make up your mind.
- Student has to finish Training within informed schedules. Exceeding this he/she has to pay a 50% fees for the Re-admission.
- Student has to be regular for classes. For any leave information / Support, reach out us at studentsupport@dynamichealthstaff.com.
- If the candidate is paying the fees in instalments, he/she has to pay the instalments on the date committed. Else the candidates have to pay a penalty of Rs. 500 per day to the Academy.
- Students are requested to maintain discipline. In case of any dispute, Management decision will be held final.
- Fee is neither adjustable to any other course nor re-considered without any written approvals of the management.
Shipping Policy:
We provide services that doesn't require any shipment anywhere.
