IELTS scores are valid for two years only.

Yes, you can request a date change on the basis of any medical emergency. There is a process that you have to follow in order to change your exam dates. You have to send an email to the test centre stating a valid reason for the date change along with a copy of the medical certificate. Then there is a fee of Rs. 3000 that you have to pay. Also, you have to send the original copy of medical certificate and payment proof to the address of the test provider via post.
The Listening, Reading, and Writing tests will be done together without any gap. The total duration of the exam is 2 hours and 40 minutes.
